The Story Behind The Unfinished Edit
My Story
The Unfinished Edit began from my own experience of navigating a healthcare journey I never expected.
During my first year of university, I was diagnosed with PCOS (now PMOS), stage four endometriosis and experienced a pulmonary embolism. Overnight, the future I had imagined felt uncertain, and I found myself trying to understand a body that suddenly felt unfamiliar.
After diagnosis, I entered a period of overwhelming uncertainty, searching for answers, managing symptoms and trying to navigate changes that affected every part of my life. From chronic pain and hormonal changes to acne, weight changes and the impact on my confidence and mental wellbeing, I often felt like I was trying to figure everything out alone.
What I needed most was not just information. I needed connection. I wanted to hear from women who understood what I was experiencing, to feel seen after feeling dismissed, and to have a space where women’s health conversations felt supportive rather than overwhelming.
I found myself searching across countless different places for answers: how to support my hormones, nourish my body, manage symptoms, find skincare and beauty solutions that worked for me, and rebuild my confidence. I realised how difficult it was to find everything women need in one accessible, understanding space.
That is why I created The Unfinished Edit.
Alongside my own lived experience, I am a certified Health & Wellbeing Coach, passionate about helping women build a deeper understanding of their wellbeing and feel empowered to make choices that support both their bodies and their lives.
The Unfinished Edit is a platform built around connection, wellbeing and real experiences, bringing together honest conversations, accessible resources, coaching and community support to help women better understand themselves and feel less alone.
Because every woman deserves to feel heard, supported and empowered throughout every stage of her journey.
